Kim Marsh

Hi! I’m Kim Marsh, a registered dietitian and self-proclaimed foodie.

I love to eat. Sushi, cheesecake, an abundant salad, and a great bowl of ice cream are some of my favorites. I enjoy trying new restaurants and experimenting in the kitchen. Nothing makes me feel more like a rockstar than making amazing food for people I care about.

I have been a registered dietitian for over 10 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, but I love being able to work one on one with people to help them find the healthy lifestyle that works for them.

As a mom of four crazy kids, I understand the importance of REAL life nutrition. Food needs to be accessible and enjoyable. Body image is so important to model for my young kids. I want to help them and you have a healthy relationship with food and free up the mental space to live abundantly, rather than focusing on weight and food restriction.

Healthy eating does not look the same for everyone. Health is not defined by a number on the scale.  Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated, include lots of rules, or take over your life.

Our Three Step Process

Step 1:  Let’s Talk

Book a free phone or video consultation with me where I can learn more about you, what you need, and how I can help.  We can talk about the different services I offer, and you can ask any questions you may have.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

In your first session, I will really get to know you and your needs. We will talk about your current relationship with food, weight and diet history, discuss current habits, and set REAL goals to work on together.

Step 3:  Ongoing Support

We keep working together to reach those goals we set. I offer packages that include video, email, phone, and chat support.  Sustainable changes can be challenging, take time, and may have set backs.  I will be there to help you each step on the way.
