Here, you’ll find a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life. Our goal is to equip you with the tools and techniques to navigate stress with grace and resilience. Take a deep breath, relax, and know that you’re in a supportive community dedicated to your well-being.

In addition, you’ll learn the nutrients to consume to help your body better manage stress. We’ll include some very tasty and healthy recipes, weekly meal plans, prep guides, and shopping lists for the 21 days of the program.

This program includes 3 weeks of self-paced modules and videos and a 3 week meal plan designed to calm and encourage mindful eating.

Together, let’s embark on a journey to reclaim peace and serenity in our lives.

Insurance Based Packages

Did you know many insurance plans include visits with a dietitian under preventative benefits? These visits are often available at a small copay or no cost to you. Kim Marsh is currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (plan participation may vary).

Your package will be based on your insurance benefits. You may transfer to cash pay after exhausting insurance benefits.It is the client’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage before the first visit.

Please understand insurance benefits only apply to actual visits with the dietitian, not ancillary services such as meal plans, accountability check-ins, video trainings, etc. Add-on packages available for clients using insurance are:

Meal Planning Packages

Meal Planning Packages are available for cash pay for insurance clients for $80. This package includes

  • 1 done-for-you custom 2 week meal plan (1 round of edits up to 30 minutes included)
  • Access to the platform to create your own meal plan with RD review
    • Access to platform will extend to entire time you are a client
    • RD review includes 2 more weeks of meal plans
  • All recipes added to Cronometer for easy tracking

Accountability Packages

Accountability Packages are available for cash pay for insurance clients for $30 per month. This package includes

  • Weekly email/text check-ins on weeks between sessions
  • Check-in includes
    • Check-in form
    • Up to 15 minutes of RD response time
    • Motivation tidbit

Step 1:  Let’s Talk

Book a free phone or video consultation with me where I can learn more about you, what you need, and how I can help.  We can talk about the different services I offer, and you can ask any questions you may have.

Step 2: Initial Consultation

In your first session, I will really get to know you and your needs. We will talk about your current relationship with food, weight and diet history, discuss current habits, and set REAL goals to work on together.

Step 3:  Ongoing Support

We keep working together to reach those goals we set. I offer packages that include video, email, phone, and chat support.  Sustainable changes can be challenging, take time, and may have set backs.  I will be there to help you each step on the way.
